My wife and I recently sold our first home and bought a new larger place for our family. The process involves many stressful steps, many decisions and a process we had never been through before. I thought you provided great service. You were always available when we needed you, and you provided a ’sounding board’ for all of our concerns and were very calming and the voice of reason for both our buying and selling jitters.
Right from our initial meeting, you came prepared with a package containing all the forms we’d need along the way for preparing our house for sale and for comparing what was current in the marketplace. You were willing to show us anything we wanted, and were very quick in getting back to us when we asked you about setting up appointments to see houses.

You made sure that you were there to protect our interests in both the buying of our new house and in the selling of our current house. I have had dealings with realtors in the past, and have certainly enjoyed dealing with you more than anyone. When we were ready to make a move or put our product on the market, you were ready to be there with us...we didn’t have to wait until you were ready. All in all, we had a great experience with you as our realtor and we won’t hesitate in recommending you to our friends and family. Nor will we hesitate when we need a realtor in the future!
