Throughout her career, Patti Flostrand has shown that she is a dedicated volunteer to organized Real Estate and her community. She earned her license in 1985 and became the Fraser Valley Real Estate Board’s (FVREB) MLS Tour coordinator in 1986. Elected by her peers as a FVREB Director in 1986 to 2004, Patti chaired a variety of committees, including Communications, Arbitration, MLS, Business Practices, By Laws and Finance and Past Presidents. Patti was elected President in 2002. She sat from 2003-2007 as a British Columbia Real Estate Association (BCREA) Director. From 2000-2002 Patti was the Fundraising Chair and subsequently chaired the 11th Central Surrey Scouts. Patti has also been recently involved in her community as team manager for the newly formed Whitecaps affiliate Coastal WFC U15 Girls soccer team, assisted with the Coastal WFC U16 Girls, was team manager for the Semiahmoo Spirit U17 and U18 Girls Metro soccer team.
Patti has been a successful Realtor in the Fraser Valley for the past 24 years. Patti continues to maintain a strong presence specializing in the Delta, South Surrey/White Rock, Surrey/Cloverdale areas with her knowledge and expertise.
